Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

At Lakebank Feline Breeders, we understand that bringing a kitten home is a special and meaningful moment. Our pickup and delivery process is designed to be simple, transparent, and safe, always prioritizing the health, comfort, and well-being of our kittens.

Local Pick-Up (No Shipping Required)

Local pickup is available by scheduled appointment only.

Pickups are arranged once your kitten is:

Old enough to leave safely

Fully vet-checked

Up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations

A valid photo ID and any remaining balance are required at pickup.

We encourage a calm, relaxed pickup experience to help your kitten transition comfortably into their new home.

Delivery Options (U.S. & Canada)

We offer nationwide U.S. and Canada delivery through licensed, professional pet transport services.

Delivery is scheduled only after:

The adoption agreement is signed

Full payment (including delivery fees) is received

Delivery costs vary based on distance and location and are always confirmed before scheduling.

Our transport partners prioritize:

The shortest and safest travel routes

Clean, temperature-controlled environments

Gentle handling and minimal stress during transit

Scheduling & Timing

Once paperwork and payment are complete, your kitten is scheduled for pickup or delivery at the next available window.

Delivery timeframes vary by location but typically range from 12–24 hours once travel begins.

We coordinate closely with you to confirm timing and ensure someone is available to receive the kitten.

Health & Safety First

Before leaving our care, every kitten:

Is examined by a licensed veterinarian

Is current on age-appropriate vaccinations

Has received routine deworming and parasite prevention

Is issued a veterinary health certificate

You will receive:

Complete health and vaccination records

Registration papers (where applicable)

Care and transition instructions to support a smooth adjustment

Adopter Responsibilities

To ensure a successful handoff, adopters must:

Be available at the agreed pickup or delivery time

Prepare a quiet, safe, and comfortable space at home

Follow the feeding and care guidance provided

Important Notes

Kittens are not released without completed paperwork and confirmed payment.

Once travel is scheduled, last-minute changes may result in delays.

The kitten’s health and safety always come first, and schedules may be adjusted if necessary.

At Lakebank Feline Breeders, every kitten is raised with intention, care, and love and we take just as much care in how they transition into their forever homes. We are here to guide you every step of the way and remain available for support long after adoption.
